There are roughly three reasons:
1️⃣The ink is too thin, or the ink has not been used for a long time and has precipitated. In order to prevent the ink from drying easily in summer, some manufacturers will add a large amount of silicone oil ingredients, which will cause the ink to be too thin. Then you need to replace the film with better ink absorption to solve it.
2️⃣The environment is too humid, causing the film to be damp.
3️⃣The adsorption of the film is poor, and the film and ink are not well matched.
